TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

For those of you who are travelling from outside the greater Auckland/Waikato region and have arranged your own flights as requested in your original invitation, HPSNZ is willing to reimburse you for flight costs where required, up to $300 for those travelling from within the North Island and up to $400 for those travelling form the South Island. You can access the travel reimbursement form on the website here.

To claim your reimbursement, simply download and complete the form below. When completed, please email it, with a copy or your receipts for validation, to PerformanceSummit@hpsnz.org.nz.
